#24 is stylistically very clean and the character is very approachable. Both good qualities. I would like to see a little more feeling of action in the image and a little more dynamic shading. Think of expressions of guestures you would see when someone suddenly finds or understands something.
Thanks for the feedback, I'll do the revision. But could you explain more about what you mean with "a little more dynamic shading" ? It could really help me.
The mascot above using some gradient for its colors so it show more depth or 3d feel. Did you mean like that. Or if not, could you please share some example of style that you want, something from google search maybe? That would really help. Sorry if ask you too much.
Hi thanks for getting back to me, I'll do the revision for you, could you please keep my design at your top 5 designer? So when your contest come to "top 5 phase" I still can submit revision for you.
Good job on both the shading and the expression. One thing you could try is adding a little white to the eyes, I think that might make it even better. Now on to the background. I liked the rays of light you showed in #24 as well as the proportion of the colored background.if you could bring that back I think it would help to tie the design together better. The color scheme for #63 is very close to what we were looking for. Our main colors are green and yellow (could consider gold or orange accents as well). I'm not entirely satisfied with the letters, but can't quite place the reason. I like the thickness of the border, the size and the positioning but maybe you could try a different font. Thanks for all your hard work, I look forward to seeing what you come up with. Joe
I chose #72 for the layout, friendliness of the character, and color scheme. I have a couple more things I would like to change about the character. In general, the character is a little dark, I would like to see more light and a little less shadow. The shading on the face is well done, but the hands (specificaly the closed fingers) look a little flat, and the shoulders look a little square. We also feel the nose is a little angular, maybe you could make it smaller or rounder on the top. The logo as a whole feels a little flat. Try to create a little more contrast, or use borders to create a more layered effect. As for the letters. I would like to see some shading or lighting on the letters as well, and possibly some change in size or orientation from left to right.
Here is the revision based on your feedback #79, I fix the nose and shoulders, and also put some shading into the hands. I also change the colors of the monkey fur to darker brown to give more contrast to overall logo.
And I also did some improvement to the text so it have some uniqueness when it standalone #80.
