I like the design. However, I would like you to tweak the following. I don't want to use the orange or green. My colors are black, blue, and silver. Please change the orange and green out.
Secondly, the person design that you have the other hexagons stemming from...integrate that into the "O" of Ethos and have the hexagons integrated out from there.
Lastly, emphasize Ethos and have it be a different color from "Hire".
