Can you please try where ET is in a box but T and ech have the same color? Maybe it will connect the "Tech" as some people see it as "ET" and "ech".

Could we see a version with the E in blue, rest in white? Also, could the top edge of the blue and white background follow the contour of the lettering? Flat above the ET then offset contour above the ech?
