Essential AthleteLogo Design Contest

My wife and I really like your design. Can you provide the following revisions:

1. Black background.
2. Font weight variation with the word "athlete" bolder.
3. Make the inner letter of the symbol the same color as the first word. ie #195 change the "ESSENTIAL" to red and "ATHLETE" to black.
4. Can you show us a lowercase variation?
