Really like the 'eSmartChart' and tag line, not sure about the logo on top. Very sharp though.

Our first idea was to use the EKG/Heart Montior type look (kind you see in movies where the guy dies it flat lines, well before it flat lines going up and down) I bet you could make a nice image of that for the icon. Let me know what you think. Your font and tag line looks great!
