Here are my concepts for your logo, #96, #97, #98, #99.

As you'll notice I've placed my designs on dark & white backgrounds in order to have a full picture of how they'll look in both cases.

Both concepts are playing with the idea "being at the centre" or "being at the heart".
In #98, #99 I've portrayed your residences with ten small circles.

The unique font and the colors were selected to create an elegant and modern feel.
