Can we add the horizontal arrows from submission 85 at the opposite end of Parent Organization? Make sure the triangle arrows are in a color that complements this color scheme please. We very close to finalizing

For the "halo" can we darken the halo (same RGB as the text), but make it partially transparent to "lighten" it.

Initial thought is the imagery is thoughtful. Color scheme is solid. Unsure of the font selection.
