Escondido FundLogo Design Contest

We like incorporating industry imagery into the logo. Any other creative options like this would be welcomed.

Thank you for the additional concepts. We like the thought of a star which is iconic for the State of Texas. We'll be operating in other locations but a subtle nod to an important location to us would be fine. My concern about this one is it first makes me think of a sea shell or sand dollar which would not fit the tone we're looking for. We hope to see more.
