can we see how it looks without the dashes before and after ERP. I think its taking away from the clean look. also please show an all blue version, an all silver version and the version with both colors.

i like the puzzle concept, but could you think of making it like a building puzzle that is being put together? And remove the small words at the bottom, as we only want to see ERP Advisors. I'm very intrigued by this starting point. but want to see what you come up with that's building or real estate related.

This looks good. Can you remove the Slogan (Expert Real Estate Software Solutions). Try and include a building or a city skyline either image or incorporated into the letters to make us think of real estate.
