How would it look if ERP was put above the buildings and Advisors stayed below? With ERP in Blue and Advisors staying silver? Also can you make the arrow a solid silver?

i like the direction, but needs to be cleaner. remove what's over the third bulding and change the green to a nice platinum color.

Can you make the bottom of the lines into buildings or a skyline (where is it three triangles not). The top can stay the same. Also please try different variations with a white background
