Is there another version that you can think of that focuses on my last name (Layne) as a place that uses the E and the L? For instance we made the E here look like a house that hints towards real estate but is there another version that focuses on Layne as a place and does not have a house as part of the icon? I kind of want the middle part of the E to be a shorter stroke or not as long left to right. Maybe it ends on the same alignment of the inside edge of the bottom part of the L and top part of the E

lets do 2 more versions please. Lose the window. Too small and not necessary. thats version 1. Then another version, also with no window and the bottom of the E above the roof line is squared off and not on an angle. Thanks!

The only tweak here would be to line up the angles on the right side of the logo/icon. The roof line and the bottom right of the E should be cut on the same angle and right now its not.

I like this! I don't think we need the window art. I feel like the roof line above is implied enough. Lets try without it. Plus it won't reduce well.

this is what I did before I came to logo tournament. We need to push it a bit more. The relationship between the E and the L. Somehow get a house in there or some type of residential structure appeal or city appeal
