This is a great start. Please remove the A-frame of the house (roof) as it makes it feel 'residential' and add in an oilfield component/image such as a valve, tank, rig or something like it. Are you able to make the little green guy wearing protective gear like reflective coveralls, steel toed boots or something to make him look like he has all his safety tickets and is ready to do some hard work in dangerous environments.
