I like the more modern font in #2. However I am not in love with the "Roi Centric Consulting" type underneath. Can some small graphics be added to the ESC in #2? Can a blue or black be introduced into the logo? Thanks!

I like the capital "ROI..." font better. I would like to see more graphics instead of all type.
