I like the idea - would just like more symbolism tied to what we do. This is a little too abstract.

I like this idea - it pops. I think the words look better aligned similar to your #4 design.

I like this work - the color variation is great as it plays off the core colors I provided. I also like the font in #4 best but maybe just a bit bigger point size.
