The dots need to be white to signify light. Also, in this format we would like the dots to graduate as in the existing logo. Can you look at this and put a black circle around the dots, which would effectively move the "en"s outside the circle. Not sure if this will work when it is on a black background.... Please, no blue writing... if you want a colour variation, do it in a grey tone.
