I'd like to see a few more variations of your design. Here are a few suggestions that I'd like to see:
-ripples underneath the text, globe graphic on top of text
-globe graphic on top, enhanced small text, environments large text, ripples underneath
-like my #2 choice, graphic design on left, text on right
-ANY Other variation that says "we're making waves"
