#12 I like the idea of the 4 as a tie. I would suggest to try to use some different fonts. Maybe, something a little bit more up-to-date and/or original. Try also to write English biz just with the E in capital letter. Thanks!

Regarding #91 I would like to see some little chages: please use a plain full red for the 4 and lighter grey on the right part.
