Hi there,

Hope your having a good week so far?

Here are some of my concepts. I've gone for something that's fairly clean and simple, yet striking. Creating an icon that works well within the logo or as a stand alone element, one that can be used for things like favicons or watermarks.

The logos are 100% vector so will scale well to any size, and works well in full colour, B&W and on coloured backgrounds if needed,

It would be my pleasure to work up any variations so please do say.

Thanks for putting forward so many ideas, and for your thought on the actual uses for the design such as working on coloured backgrounds.

I really like how Engineering appropriate your designs are, and like to clean simplicity of entry number 5.

Is is possible to:
-highlight Leader as the most prominant of the three words
-include the Leader concept more in the graphic.

Thanks for the great feedback and comments, always appreciated.
Sorry for the delay - was away from my machine over the weekend.

Here are a couple of new ideas and trying to bring in the idea of;
(1) engineering (with the cogs),
(2) letter "e" for the first letter of the name,
(3) leaves in the negative space of the e (for environment), and
(4) final an upwards positive swoosh stemming from the green cog, ending in stars (for leadership).

Hope that all made sense and look forward to your thoughts.
