This does capture a lot of movement and engagement. I company I do some work for has a very similar corporate logo so I think your earlier designs that are ranked higher represent more what we're going for.

#187 - hope you like this new entry - engaged and growing human form - the idea of growing ( change ) by collabration / unity / participation - it also represents dynamism, a sense of movement/ action

Nice color. I'm not much for the star, but the arrow would look good here.

Let's see the E and the center 2 pieces in the lighter color (I do like the greenish color on #153, maybe with a little more saturation).

You're on a good track here. I'd also like to see how you might add some subtle color (not bright) to the design.
Also, would you please explore showing 4 pieces on the right instead of 3 (with and without the arrow)? Thanks!

I like the addition of the tag line as well as the "arrow" pointing towards the pieces.

Did you miss my #11 ? its also about connecting people - two persons connecting and forming the letter E !!!

This is the only one that resonates with me. It shows things connecting and "engaged" with each other. This is a nice icon that can be used with or without words. This is the type of design we'll be considering.
