I like the way you used the lead in the middle but I feel like the element around the leaf and even the company name are a little chunky and masculine... can you think of a way to make this a little softer and sophisticated?

I think the font is a bit too bold and even the frame in blue around the leaf but I really like the little accent lines you added on either side of the tag line
