Yes thats vector :) ( source file )
and .AI is also Illustrator compatible vector file ( vector files can be scaled to any resolution without loosing its quality )

My team likes your work. We have requests to fine tune the whole image. The first of which is the slogan: Complete Broker Software with Live Marketplace

The other is can you make the swirls glass like, three D. Many of the spheres designers have submitted have a 3d bubble finish.
