We like this, but could you
1) make the sunburst at the top look more like a mechanical gear
2) sharpen the longitude and latitude in the globe (someone commented that it looks too much like a Toyota log)
3) Can you delete the leaf on left
4) Have the swoops be the same dark green color
5) Have energy and innovation be the same blue as the globe
