I like the concept of both your entries. i would like to see some more idea's from you as I like the direction you are going so far (you are one of the only ones that have a butler/concierge in the graphic which is what i like).
Not sure if I am a fan of the head being a capital "E" or a "house", but I do like the overall idea of how you have tried incorporating the butler/concierge and an "E" as this is the direction i am leaning in.
