Encouraging TeensLogo Design Contest

We like this one the best. We want to have you change what is orange to the same yellow as in design #3.
I would like the wave to have the three shades of blue that you did in logo #3. (it's currently ranked #3 as well) .

The space between the letters Encouraging and the edge of the circle is less than the space between the letters Teens and the edge of the circle. Please fix.

Can you add the words into or around the logo somehow? They like what you did with the wave and the circle!

Can you play with the wave some so it isn't so "basic"?
