I'm going to have your design be the winner, but we just had a meeting and decided before we go too far, we should consider a name change. We should have it in the next day or two and would like to use the same font for a new name. We are worried that even just the same name could be a problem, and certainly having a similar logo.

They indeed have unique treatment to their logo with extended leg of the last "e"

We just realized that the Encore looks too similar to Encore Las Vegas hotel. Can you quickly change the "o" to remove the loop or something else so we don't get sued if we pick your logo?
