#211 With reflection/ #212 Without

Can you turn the 'e' like #137? and add more space between the end of the e so the end of it isn't as close. It currently doesn't look like an e because of the small space.

Move the "e" closer to the Nautics and make the green in #226 the same as #212

Basically, you have two designs. A symbol and word. We are debating if we want the word to have the symbol in it.

We do want the e to be green and turned like it is. We aren't sure if we want the Nautics to be Italisized. Can you provide an alternate:

Green 'e' with a block letter Nautics. Implement the arrow in either the N or i.

The symbold needs less dog spikes and more N S E W like the current #237
