lets try to Change the font of "Building bridges" to the "Jobs" or "you" font eg. #132

and Change the colors and brightness of the fonts and pics

i like this two -

fine - may you can combine #169 and #170 (BB - Bridge and B in different Colors, eccept the bow)

yes - right dirction - some comments
> the font of the text is to "hard"
> try the B in black or dark blue/green
> the Bridge in a dark grey or not so dark blue/green
> make the bow of the Bridge in the same Color than the B

try a second B in the first bow (the half one) - so we have the BB in the Emblem - maybe in Color of the Bridge :-)

i like them, but the goal is that the Emblem itself views a kind of bridge and in combination wie the acronym everything is clear (BB) - the name "Building Bridges" is only an addon to Show the Company Name (in the main logo) - in the 3 Topic logos the Emblem should tell the story! and the word "love", "Job", ... Shows the Topic - the Company Name is not needed any more (in my idea)

Hi envision, sorry for my late Feedback, the logotournement server was offline yesterday. i had no time to respond ...
FYI: because of the downtime, the final phase got extended - the tournament ends in 2 days and 16 hours (from now)

you are in the final phase because i think you understand the message that i try to transport.
in this final phase i have to change some points - the message is the same but all of the logos (all designers) are not self explaining.
I lerned in the last days, that this is also because of the name and the text (to much text). Here are the modifications ...

Master Logo (brand)
- company name: building bridges or bbridges
- acronym: BB or bb
- focos on the picture | emblem
- text can be included in the emblem (this was my initial style specification of the emblem, but we have to see how it acts)
- If you see the picture (emblem) the viewer has to know the company purpose and message (no further text necessary ...
... the company will act on the german market but i do not want a german company name :-))

Unit Logo 1 (job portal)
- the same picture (emblem) than in the master logo (style, color, ...)
- if there is text is included in the master logo embleme (builiding bridges, bbridges, ...), maybe this text can be omitted
- the word "JOB", "job", "Job", ... is the only differentiator - in my idea, in a different color - maybe you have a better idea :-)
- maybe green is a good color for job - i am sure that you have a better knowledge about the power and the effect of colors ...

Unit Logo 2 (partner portal)
- the same picture (emblem) than in the master logo (style, color, ...)
- if there is text is included in the master logo embleme (builiding bridges, bbridges, ...), maybe this text can be omitted
- the word "LOVE", "love", "Love", ... is the only differentiator - same than Unit Logo 1
- maybe red is a good color for job ...

Unit Logo 3 (business and personality consulting area)
- the same picture (emblem) than in the master logo (style, color, ...)
- if there is text is included in the master logo embleme (builiding bridges, bbridges, ...), maybe this text can be omitted
- the word "YOU", "you", "You", ... is the only differentiator - same than Unit Logo 1
- maybe blue is a good color for this ...

Here are the revised versions. I Incorporated into a single icon the heart, the human silhouette with raised hand and the tie.

Hi, i like them - do you have an idea for a general "enablement" logo where all the 3 topics are represented? where do you come from?

E and the Y in the shape of a human with raised hands (representing the self empowering)

E and an R with a heart in in (representing the relationship).

E and a tie in the shape of the J (representing job or business).
