I want a logo to go with the name. The person you created could not stand on it's own. I am not loving the people as much. Sophisticated with a touch whimsy but with out a person in it. The way you wrote impact is my favorite though.

my reason to put it in bright color from the beginning enter the contest is because
in office usually people will face black(letter, number, column, etc,)
so, to refresh the habit in office i think is good idea to put bright color,

I still like your lettering but would love to see a logo with out people in it.

Like the ying yang idea. Maybe thin the line on the back side and rotate it just a little.
