Love the idea. No one has gone that route but it needs to be way more refined and sophisticated looking. Kinda looks like a fork stabbing an olive. But the concept is great! Love the abstract but make the grey more global looking and the "impact" more unique looking. Awesome! Also do not like the grey and yellow color combo. Going to decide colors in the modification phase so do not look at what we choice only picked them for concept. Slightly more refined font too.

Make it more blue grey and then it is more appealing. I get the idea!!!! We are going t have shirts/hats etc and I don't want our colors to be grey and yellow. Blue and yellow cool! I don't like the white inside the circle and the orange outside the circle. Looks messy. How about it looking more like a flame? when it just cuts into the circle and v's out.
Do not recommend creating longitud/latitude lines, since it becomes too busy and makes the whole thing a global catastrophe, rather than "a project impacting on a bigger entity" ;-)
Will see if I have time to change colors and the other requests you had.
Not really sure about the color setting though. Since blue fire often feels like "water" instead.
I suggest to stick with a font with no serifs. Making it easy to emphasize on the "weight" of the word. Gives an open and distinct feel. Fonts with serifs often give an academic feel and busy look.
okay I liked it better when you had three separate flames at the end. The wiggly one looks like a, sorry to be tacky, tadpole or sperm. The straight one looks like a party hat. Can the blue be more of a grey blue on the world and then flame be the yellow or the orange. Your first one was more on the right track. Thanks!
