We like everything about it but the tie on the character. Please remove the tie. Make the "Empower Agile" font slightly larger than coaching. We want Empower Agile to be more prominent than Coaching.
I like the edit, but I like the stacked words better in the first version. Could we see a version with just Empower Agile, stacked in all blue? Remove the word coaching.
