Made the "p" and "o" as eyes and the 'L" as the nose of someone smiling because they just got a job. In one I made the L a little turned to make it look more like a nose.

Hi, great design! Can you use the format in #40 with colors in #42 but without a gray background? We are using this for banners, print ads etc. and I would like to see what it looks like in the manner suggested.
