Can you change the bottom half to MEIER REAL ESTATE and let me see? (Instead of motivational inspirational series)

Would you be able to make the words Empire State look like NYC skyscrapers and the the hustle is the concrete ground in front of it and the meters are made up of the shade from the sun that the building provides

I like how the letters all look like streets, I like the overall design, but is there any way to make the hustle a little less thick? Somehow make it a little more elegant? I'd like to see another option like this.
