Here is some feedback:

The icon is on the right track, it appears that it would work well at a very small size. Perhaps you could simplify it a bit and use less gradient shifts and make the wave crest a bit more (A little more curve)

We like that the work mark has some design to it but it is a bit "blocky" I think we might like a font with a bit more curve to it, same goes for the line under the word mark, perhaps more of a wave or water feel? Bot sure if we would like that just a suggestion.

Better on the font but now it's a little too curvy. Can you avoid the script fonts, we like fonts more like "Facebook", etc.

The wave is also better, we like that it looks like the e in the word mark. Thanks!
