This is PERFECT! We want to pick and "finalize" this logo - do we do that and then let you know the types of files we want? For instance: we need high resolution, EPS, JPG, PNG. And then a Color, Reverse White and Black and white version.

We believe this to be our WINNING design! We have just a couple more requests, please:
-Make “Leaders Academy” (under EMerging) one color – no gradient here.
-Move the EDPMA Logo to inside the gradient block at the top and reversing out the colors. Similar to what you did with submission #232

We would like to see the arrow a little thicker than the outline of the box, please. Will you also incorporate the EDPMA logo at the top of the box? Could you also share some variations on colors based on our branding guide?
