#33 great start and think a different bolder EMBER might help this. Interested to see it with gradients of the color and other color options (two toned etc)

#36 like the gradient in the red shades best for the ember concept. Different fonts possible. Maybe putting Seminars back in there as seen on some of the other logos.
Some different looks with the colors would be great - really like where you are going with this as the logo can be used in full or just as the "e" that you have created.

Wife likes colorful and bold and clean.

Want to make sure it works in B&W as well

#41 yes,because I used the color orange and yellow.Not the same as #42 & #43I use red and yellow so plasticity darker.
