Think this one would be my favorite, but with more solid color like the #65

I like how it looks like a EL and also a flame as the same time, im not sure how you could make it more like a PCB/IC without making it too busy though.

Bottom tagline is wrong, should be "Electronics/Software R&D" or "Electronics+Software R&D" or "Electronics&Software R&D" in some variation
