I like the text section of this logo. For the symbolic logo I would like the e and the deer to be more abstract if that makes sense. I would like the shape of the deer head to create the structure of the e somehow. It can even be simple line work. Like instead of the deer coming out of the e, I'd like the deers face shape to make up the e and the have a very abstract antler coming off of it
