Good looking designs Foss!! We are close. Like the silver gray tweaks. Couple thoughts to see:
-Could I see the ELEVATON verbiage just a tad smaller to show off the B a bit more. Not sure if it will work but would like to see. -Could I see the mountains and the B in white. -Trying to see HOW we could infure some orange in there very subtlely like my Adidas shoe color inspiration, could you try to place some minor orange color hits? -#51 could I see the mountains on top of the ELEVATIONB? -#67 Navy mountains and B. -Like the color mix of blue/gray, white, slight touch of orange and silver. -A couple more color combo variations and we should be there! Great work!
Thanks. Your input is much appreciated. I think I've addressed all of your suggestions. If not please let me know. #71 and #75 had a thin orange pinstripe across the type to bring in that color and keep it subtle.
Foss, Good job, liking the options! I have now fell in love with # 69 after you moved the mountains above ELEVATIONB. Mtns fill out over the verbiage and looks a bit cleaner to me. Could I see: -#69 with the navy background as # 71. -A few different color variations for # 69. perhaps white background, blue mtns. and B working in the same color palette as the others.
Thanks for making the numerous changes and again we're close to final!!
a few new options. I think I covered everything. Trying to keep them all straight is getting difficult. I tend to like #78 with the yellow/orange on the blue/grey background.
Agreed, let's target #78 as the final design to work off and solidify colors. Like it a lot, pretty sweet! A few more minor color options:
-Could I see the blue mtns.and B in #80 placed on #78, everything else stays the same in #78 as one choice. -With that version add in the slight orange line thru ELEVATION like in # 71 as another choice.
#81 is a slight revision of #78. I noticed the highlight in the B didn't quite line up.#82 has the blue from #80 and #83 has the pinstripe added from #71
Probably my final update pending some friend reveiw but simple adds:
-Add white to the mountains to # 81, #82 an #83 like in # 80 depicting snow as I'm located in CO focusing on the ski industry. -Use background found in #64 for all above so the verbiage pops a little more on a ligther background.
#82 looks like a winner to me with these final updates.
Here's the latest updates for all three version. Sorry for the delay. My company is in the midst of a new business pitch and I had an overly long day there. I took off the extra highlights on the yellow/orange version. With the white of the mountains it seemed to be to much.
Also, I'd like to let you know and this is by no means meant to put pressure on you, but I will be traveling on business from the 5-8th. I merely wanted to let you know I'll be unavailable for a few days.
Thanks Foss, Best of luck with the pitch! I'd like to get wrapped up mostly by the 5th but we'll see with the holiday. I'm going rank obviously you #1 but LT needs other designers in the top 3. Im partial to # 84 and # 85 but seeing if the verbiage could somehow pop a bit more? Maybe a tad lighter background grading up. All else looks good.
Ok. I'll try and make some adjustments. I think it'll need greater contrast on the type. Lighter background will hurt I think. I'll play around with a few options.
#87-#90 are a few new takes on the type to get it to pop more. On each I've brightened the silver coloring for better contrast. on #88 and #90 I added a slight drop shadow of the background color to give a bit more contrast. Let me know what you think.
Foss, I'm leaning toward your #91as the winner as i like the darker background a bit so verbiage pops a bit more. Cant bring over 91 to rankings but youll see 84 listed as the winner but would like the darker one sent over in the different file formats.
Thanks for choosing me as the winner. When I upload the winning design I'll use #91. Once approved I can provide you with additional formats if needed. I'm still out of town and will be returning home later tomorrow night and will get to work on preparing the final files for you.
