LOVE THE YELLOW! Ranked it first. Can you make it pop any brighter on the red background? One of our principles will be online within the hour checking. Thanks for getting it back so quickly.
We are also going to make TShirts, etc . . . how do you think the bull will look on his own?

Here are a couple revisions. One with just brighter red. The other with red and I lighter "distressing".
Also - I've uploaded the bull by itself. I think it'd look great printed on a gold tshirt. The lines are also thick enough (and it's only two colors if you have a gold background) that it could be cheaply/easily embroidered onto aprons, polos, hats and towels.
also - I (and some other designers I'm sure as well) typically include a single color / black and white version in addition to the color version - just in case that was a concern.
Josh, new notes were added by one of the principles in the restaurant. He is especially fond of some menu art from the Girl and Goat, a Chicago based entity. In their art, they utilize pieces of the whole to make a statement on the menu.
I'm sorry the rules have become more complicated, but please don't give up. Read his notes posted on the main page, and see what it triggers for you.
Here's a similar direction, based on the new ideas. Any tweaks/revisions, just let me know.
Also - in case you weren't aware - once the contest time runs out, the contest goes into "judging mode", so you can still adjust rankings as you see fit. The top ranked designer can continue to make revisions to the logo until you're satisfied with it. Just letting you know :) (I've worked with a few contest holders that thought that once the contest was over they were locked into their current standings/logo state)
Thank you for the logo. I like the abstract look. Could you do it without ring and making the eyes less descript. Also a black, gray, and white one. (different shades).
