well we have tried many things. we found the good and bad ideas...so I thing the logo is great already..and you like it. As you can see I have given everything to this contest :)

yes you will get logo with shading effect, flat color, black and white, also logo on dark background.

I think it's not good idea, because.. it will make the logo hard to be placed on white background, and also wont be able to be converted on print (example on shirt or cap)

We can try that. we can try "Seal" type design. but maybe we should add more text. My idea is to place the tree on the center and put ekklesia on top and more text on the bottom

as starbuck is written starbuck on top and coffee on bottom. so I will need more text as filler

not trying to argue, you know it more than i do. but i don't think there's negativity for the tree. who blame the apple for the sins ? when we talk about apple..its healthy, fresh and organic, knowledge, crative, gravity, red, invention. right?

also.. if you google "wisdom" there are trees everywhere. that's mean people's impressiont on wisdom is tree.

actually.... when you ask me to put owl on previous revision, I already think it's bad .Because it's overkill....there's tree and KK already. 2 combination of idea is perfect. BUT... I do it because i think client mostly want to see their idea visualize.

I think... there's word.. "tree of wisdom" so i think the tree itself is subtle concept of wisdom, which is more suitable with "church" rather than owl which is closer to academic education. Several time I made owl logo for university.
