Here are some of my concepts. I've gone for something that's fairly clean and simple, yet striking. Creating an icon that works well within the logo or as a stand alone element, one that can be used for things like favicons or watermarks.
The idea being a combination of the "e" and "S" from the name, where the "e" forms the base unit of the "S" - the thinking being that the secrets come from Einstein (e to s). Hope that makes sense :)
The logos are 100% vector so will scale well to any size, and works well in full colour, B&W and on coloured backgrounds if needed,

I think the e and the s are a little too swirly though, and the idea about the secret coming from Einstein, while clever, wasn't readily obvious to several people whom I asked.
I think I will need to go with something a little simpler and more straight-forward, without it being either too corporate, or too much like the letters for a football team (yours definitely do not meet those descriptions! :-) )
