A little too edgy, but not bad. I'm not sure about the globe. I do want to come across as an agency that does everything as far as web design, marketing and graphics, but I'm not sure if the globe is something I'm in love with. This is a good start though.
I think I would go with #5 over #38. Can you not use the globe and use another kind of image? Please take a look at the following images that I uploaded in the contest brief:
