I like your design but have a couple of things I like in two other logos. I like the "x" in gelnud's logo, where it is in the shape of a person.
I like the softer font in IT dudes logo. the "e"s and "c". I think it is calibri. Can you make these changes?

can you change the "X" in the name to look like the logo ranked 4th? So it looks like a person or do you do that after you win?
