But i think this one #351 as a main logo is way more balanced, comparing the size between "symbol" + "lettering". Just a suggestion Ketil.

Here the orange colour needs to be a little bit lighter orange... a little bit... :-)

... and INNSIKT and HANDLING - a LITTLE bit lighter orange colour... it almost seems like red...

...only orange without any grading...

About the logo, we have a great combo here. Butterfly and Infinity symbol will always be universal in any part of the world.

The butterfly symbolised transformation, gives meaning about the attention we need to pay to all the areas in our lives or personality that are always in a profound change or transformation. Also this animal guides people to be sensitive to grow themselves. So we have heres some aspects like:
- transformation, metamorphosis in your life, personality
- moving throught different life cycles
- elevation for a best experience, skills

Personal transformation is emblematic of the butterfly symbolism.

About the infinity symbol, gives a simbolism of no boundary, no limit, carpe diem, never getting exhausted to be better in life. Also means unity, interactions and dynamism.

The water ripple effect, gives meanining of purity, calmness, life, intuition, reflection and transformation. Also water is consider an aspect of wisdom.

All these symbolics elements together create a strong meaning for your logo comunicating this to your audience.

I´ve submited a few variations of the logo so you can see his versatility. Because the logo will work in his vertical | horizontal layout. As watermark, also as a standalone logo and in a emblem. I´ve worked also the black & white version of the brand.

On logo #94 the 2 swoosh have a universal or global meaning, and they simbolise relationship, union, teamwork, interactions, dynamism, protection/security, flexibility, balance, learning, investment, quality and strength.

The circle shape give you class, and a universal feel to the logo. Make also the connection with our daily life, also the combine with the 2 swoosh gives sense on how we need to think of ways to make the right choices in our life to build or personal grow for a better future.

The abstract "e" is with a upward movment, meaning of grow, rise up, future, life, trust/reliability, fidelity. Also this will make the logo more dynamic and adventure.

The combination between lettering and logo provide the connection you may search between product, services and clients.

This can have more meanings, the logo allows even more thoughts on it since it´s very flexible. But this one is mine personal opinion only. I believe it´s a strong logo that fits your brief. The logo is also flat/clean/simple and it will be flexible to use on future marketing materials. Hope you like my explanation Ketil.

Is it possible to grade within the same colour - not from orange to blue, but "gold / yellow / to orange? And a little lighter blue to dark blue?

Actually we like gold, but it is probably to similar with another company we are cooperating with...

Involvement, sharing experiences, teamwork, cohesion, conections, developement, grow. The little circle gives this logo the human feel, since we need in life all this sharing and conections with other people so we can develop our skills and build our own personality with all the elements we need to grow. The logo will also be dinamic, because it shows movement, and i believe this gives another great simbolism, because we need to keep improving, an moving, so we can absorve the best knowledge to our future, things that we acquired through experience or education.

Well this can have more meanings of course, but these are some of my thoughts.

Hello jjbq. This is very nice! I need to challenge you on this as well - the colours. AS is not important - it only tells that it is a registered company (in Norway) Dark blue and dark orange is important colours for us. And - it may also be graded...

Hello jjbg :-) I like this very much! Some comments. 1 - AS is not important. 2. Can you please make the letters in EDUCOS a bit bolder? 3. I also need one suggestion with our slogun - Fra innsikt til handling - (which means in english - "From insight to action.") 4. I need this bulletpoints over in gold as you already have them, and I want you to make the letters in a clear dark blue colour, and the butterfly in a graded style from gold to dark orange...

This logo is VERY interesting, and DO NOT hesitate about the ranking position.
