Welcome to Logo Tournament and thank you for a minute of your time. Here are some concepts that I have put together for you. They use the "Little white picket fence" to show the American Dream, and your ability to to bring it from the burbs to the city if need be.
I am unclear about the direction of a tagline or slogan. It seems many designers are using the same one. Have you decided on that slogan? I used it here for reference.
