Here is one of my concepts. I've gone for something that's fairly clean and simple, yet striking. Creating an icon that works well within the logo or as a stand alone element, one that can be used for things like favicons or watermarks.
The logo is 100% vector so will scale well to any size, and works well in full colour, B&W and on coloured backgrounds if needed,

This is a very unique concept. I want to make sure we understand your intent behind it. Is it to resemble a chef? I'm waiting on feedback from the team on this.
Yes, the idea was a chef (so it encompasses all food as opposed to one group), but the face is actually a gear/cog representing the technology/software side of things. A slightly different approach but hopefully combining all elements into one idea.
