EF not M. Can you connect the E and the F? Can you make it a little smaller?

I like the design. Just for clarification the company name is "Edgefield Prime" Meat Company. I would like to see what it would look like if you removed the cow and insert the "EF" like what is in the attachment. Not really digging the animals in any logo.
