ECS MgmtLogo Design Contest

Can I see a variation of this logo with:

1. Make the ECS letters red instead.
2. Move the truck arm to go over the S to be at the end of it. Make the arm blue.
3. Add the word "Mgmt" back, but put it beside ECS instead and make it red.
4. Instead of "Management" below ECS, can you put "For All Your Construction Needs" in blue.
