#1,#2: We love the tone you choose, it's frugal and elegant, but at the same time its friendly, we like the chosen font. The book icon should suggest the concept "evocation".
#1: We like it, but the icon alone looks too much as an E and it's hard to see the book.
#2: The lines/pages inside the book solves the previous problem, but the fact that the lines go beyond the book, although it helps to merge it with the name, makes the icon alone a bit unbalanced.
#31,#32: We miss the simplicity of #1 and #2. Probably we are imposing too much restrictions, forcing you to play with three concepts inside the logo: "E", "book", and "evocation". We believe that we can forget the "E". May be that will allow to find a simple logo (similar #2) with a additional "evocation".
#33,#34: We like the cleanness of the original logo, but although the green squares make a beautiful effect, they doesn't suggests evocation (may be "degradation"), and it won't be easy to print in b&w.
