This is really good. Maybe brighter red? Also, can I see a version where square is back to all blue, but the words general counsel are in red? Also, brighter red, I think this one is too dark.

Is it possible to incorporate a small red accent into this design and move the name into two lines, where the top line reads "East West", and the bottom line reads "General Counsel". Otherwise, I really like this style, and the font is perfect. Thank you.
